LCC Routine App

The LCC Routine App works as an alarm system for the website to deliver your routine. The App will help you get up at the right time every morning, show you what's best for breakfast and remind you to take your snacks for the day ahead.

10:00 Mid Morning Snack

When at work or during the day the App reminds you to have your am snack, your lunch and your pm snack. Once home from work the App will help you prepare a healthy dinner, then after you've had some relaxation time, the App will remind you to prepare what you need for the next day.

Most Apps on the market require you to interact with them. The Life Changing Choices App interacts with YOU and feeds back all the information collected during the day to 'the hub'. This is your personal website profile which you can, of course, share with your friends through FB & Twitter.

The website feeds the App. It provides you options for breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner. Once selected your shopping list is sent to you with all the ingredients you need to make up your selected food choices.

Your profile will detail how well you’ve managed to stick to eating the right foods at the right time throughout the week. The more you can stick to your routine and eat the right foods at the right time the healthier and happier you will become.

Your profile will detail how well you have stuck to eating the right foods at the right time throughout the week and how many hours you have managed to exercise. The better you eat and the more you exercise, the better results - but all in good time.

The exercise is specific to your goal, this doesn't entail slogging away on a treadmill at the gym, being shouted at down the local bootcamp or doing the latest fad diet / exercise DVD - that simply doesn't work.

Remember the exercise side is also specific to you. We help you progress when you're ready - quick fixes don't last. We will help you do this the right way so that this time there is no looking back.
